Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, PCNA, and CDK1. Each is linked with PTPRN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PTPRN2-low versus PTPRN2-high in BLCA.
