Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, NUP88, and CD72. Each is linked with PTPRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN2 results are reported.
