Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,937 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLNA, RP1, and CWC22. Each is linked with PTPRN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FLNA grouped by PTPRN2-low versus PTPRN2-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
