Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,573 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP73, CHAF1A, and POLR2G. Each is linked with PTPRN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP73 grouped by PTPRN-low versus PTPRN-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
