Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, C1orf87, and DYNAP. Each is linked with PTPRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by PTPRN-low versus PTPRN-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
