Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALAS1, HOXC-AS2, and FAM174C. Each is linked with PTPRM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRM-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALAS1 grouped by PTPRM-low versus PTPRM-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
