Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 845 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1AR, SPAG11A, and SPATA31D1. Each is linked with PTPRM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRM-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1AR grouped by PTPRM-low versus PTPRM-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
