Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,551 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIN1, SDCBP2, and S100P. Each is linked with PTPRH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRH-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRH versus RIN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
