Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 618 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3IP1, PTK6, and NALCN. Each is linked with PTPRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRH-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRH versus PIK3IP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
