Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, 4E-BP1_pT70, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PTPRH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRH-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRH results are reported.
