PTPRH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,272 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAFF, MVP, and TNFRSF14. Each is linked with PTPRH in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRH-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRH versus MAFF in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
