Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,949 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of MAPK cascade, Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and Regulation of muscle adaptation. Each is linked with PTPRH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRH-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of MAPK cascade grouped by PTPRH-low versus PTPRH-high in PANCREAS.
