The most reproducible PTPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA5, PRAMEF5, and CPN2. Each is linked with PTPRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRH-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRH results are reported.
