PTPRG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,603 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP7, SRP54, and FERMT2. Each is linked with PTPRG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRG-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRG versus FKBP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
