PTPRF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,739 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP7, GIMAP8, and PECAM1. Each is linked with PTPRF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRF-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRF versus GIMAP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
