Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Chk2, and c-Kit. Each is linked with PTPRF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRF-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRF results are reported.
