PTPRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 481 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, MS4A10, and ADAM7. Each is linked with PTPRF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRF-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by PTPRF-low versus PTPRF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
