Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 631 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMER2, KHDC3L, and MPL. Each is linked with PTPRC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRC-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMER2 grouped by PTPRC-low versus PTPRC-high in LIVER.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
