PTPRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,572 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1B1, SEPTIN4, and VWF. Each is linked with PTPRB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRB-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRB versus GUCY1B1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
