Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Cyclin-B1, and cIAP. Each is linked with PTPRB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRB-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRB results are reported.
