Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,181 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein maturation, Negative regulation of protein processing, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with PTPRB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRB-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRB results are reported.
