The most reproducible PTPRB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein maturation, Negative regulation of protein processing, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with PTPRB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRB-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRB results are reported.
