Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,613 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNA2, SEPHS1, and KIF23. Each is linked with PTPRB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRB-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRB results are reported.
