Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCANP1, ART1, and TEX26. Each is linked with PTPRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRA-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRA results are reported.
