PTPN9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA70D, ZKSCAN7P1, and MIR4777. Each is linked with PTPN9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN9-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA70D grouped by PTPN9-low versus PTPN9-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
