Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,012 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBLN5, SYNPO2, and SRPX. Each is linked with PTPN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN4-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN4 versus FBLN5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
