Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,253 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSPRY, SPINK5, and MAL2. Each is linked with PTPN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN3-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN3 versus BSPRY in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
