PTPN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, OR10K2, and OR2C1. Each is linked with PTPN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN3-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by PTPN3-low versus PTPN3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
