PTPN23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,699 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTMR12_S564, NUCKS1_S144, and BCAR1_S694. Each is linked with PTPN23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN23-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN23 versus MTMR12_S564 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
