Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,075 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK1, AUNIP, and CAPN7. Each is linked with PTPN23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN23-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN23 versus PLK1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
