Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD54L, WDR76, and TXN2. Each is linked with PTPN23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN23-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD54L grouped by PTPN23-low versus PTPN23-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
