PTPN23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ERK2, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with PTPN23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN23-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by PTPN23-low versus PTPN23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
