PTPN22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,453 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCLS1, MYO1G, and LCP1. Each is linked with PTPN22 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN22-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN22 versus HCLS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
