PTPN21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,191 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAPK3, FERMT2, and VCL_S346. Each is linked with PTPN21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN21-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN21 versus DAPK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
