Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,095 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN21-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP9, HMGXB4, and SLF1. Each is linked with PTPN21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN21-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP9 grouped by PTPN21-low versus PTPN21-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
