PTPN21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN21-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eEF2, and MSH2. Each is linked with PTPN21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN21-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PTPN21-low versus PTPN21-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
