Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,039 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Endosomal transport, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with PTPN21 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN21-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN21 results are reported.
