PTPN21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 843 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN21-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIFIN, PRAMEF6, and SPATS1. Each is linked with PTPN21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN21-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIFIN grouped by PTPN21-low versus PTPN21-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
