The most reproducible PTPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P4, RNU6-313P, and HMGB3P23. Each is linked with PTPN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN2 results are reported.
