PTPN13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,013 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN13_S1033, PTPN13_S1029, and PTPN13_S938. Each is linked with PTPN13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN13-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN13 versus PTPN13_S1033 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
