Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,820 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP96, SPARCL1, and MAPK10. Each is linked with PTPN13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN13-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN13 versus RN7SKP96 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
