Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN13-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHITM, CDK1, and POLE2. Each is linked with PTPN13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN13-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN13 results are reported.
