Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,335 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Schwann cell differentiation, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with PTPN13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN13-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN13 results are reported.
