PTPN13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 724 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN13-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVX2, KCNA4, and TMEM89. Each is linked with PTPN13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN13-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EVX2 grouped by PTPN13-low versus PTPN13-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
