Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,744 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC13, IQGAP1, and NPAT. Each is linked with PTPN12 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN12-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN12 results are reported.
