Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,400 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP5PB, PTPN12_S332, and CEP170. Each is linked with PTPN12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN12-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN12 versus ATP5PB in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
