The most reproducible PTPN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAUR, CALU, and YWHAG. Each is linked with PTPN12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN12-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN12 results are reported.
