Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,896 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS22P1, TRAJ45, and GUSBP7. Each is linked with PTPN12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN12-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS22P1 grouped by PTPN12-low versus PTPN12-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
