Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,126 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with PTPN12 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN12-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN12 results are reported.
