Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGC, RESP18, and CCER1. Each is linked with PTPN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN12-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGC grouped by PTPN12-low versus PTPN12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
