Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,731 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL24, TIMM44, and LARS2. Each is linked with PTPMT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPMT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPMT1 versus MRPL24 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
